Horst Wein Travels from Europe to World Class FC to Host Coaching Seminar
WCFC’s Director of Coaching, Kazbek Tambi, was joined by Horst Wein to collaborate on establishing the most advanced youth developmental program in the country at World Class FC. Horst Wein travelled from Spain to join WCFC for a three day seminar on youth player development.
As part of its ongoing commitment to coaching education and developing a consistent model for player development throughout its program, World Class FC invited Horst Wein from Spain to join the club for a three-day coaching clinic.
Horst Wein is known as “the coach of coaches” having mentored and influenced thousands of coaches in 55 countries over nearly three decades. His internationally renowned YOUTH FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT MODEL is the first ever, age-appropriate, program for training young players has been refined, expanded and updated to include the most valuable current trends in coaching. One of his 34 books, Developing Youth Football Players, is the official textbook of the Royal Spanish Football Federation and the Football Federation of Australia. Horst has written and lectured extensively on four continents. Horst has consulted for dozens of European clubs including Arsenal, Sunderland, Leeds United, FC Barcelona, Villareal, Bayer Leverkusen, Schalke 04 and Inter Milan. National federations who have relied on his counsel include England, Scotland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Denmark and more.
